VOITAS Group Establishes North American Headquarters in Knoxville
We are pleased to announce a significant development for VOITAS Group – the establishment of our North American headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee. This strategic move signifies our commitment to constant development and contributing to the automotive industry’s advancement.
At the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by representatives from the Knoxville Chamber, City of Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon, and Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Armin Hager, VOITAS co-founder, expressed the importance of Knoxville for the company’s expansion. “Knoxville is the perfect location to start our US operations,” he noted.
Doug Lawyer, Knoxville Chamber vice president of economic development, emphasized the economic impact, stating, “Companies like VOITAS help us in our mission to drive regional economic prosperity by creating job opportunities and encouraging innovation.”
With plans to create at least thirty jobs in the engineering sector, we are poised to contribute to the local workforce. Mayor Indya Kincannon recognized the significance of high-tech job creation, stating, “It’s an extra boon when they bring new, high-tech jobs to our downtown. Companies like VOITAS help Knoxville attract and retain bright young professionals.”
