FAQ

How long do the various recruitment interviews take?

The first recruitment interview lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. This is a space for us to get to know each other better – we always want to learn more about your ambitions, plans and also your previous experience. For you, it is a great opportunity to get to know us better as an employer and ask about any issues of interest to you in the organizational field.

 

Depending on the position, the technical interview can last from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and can be conducted remotely or in person. You will always be informed in advance of the expected length and scheduled location of the meeting.

Approach the interview with calm and confidence. Take time to reflect on your knowledge and experience, reminding yourself of the skills you can bring to our team. Use the interview as an opportunity to showcase your talents.

Before the end of each recruitment meeting, you and the recruiter will set an individual date for a post-interview feedback.

Depending on the nature of the position and your experience, we can undertake remote cooperation. Each time this information is presented in the job offer.

The implementation period is a special time for both the new employee and the entire VOITAS team, so our cooperation will begin with organizational onboarding. During it, you will get acquainted with the mission, values and principles of our company, which will help you understand the way we operate. During the first days of work you will also meet your buddie, i.e. the supervisor of the onboarding process. He or she will conduct a technical onboarding with you and show you how the position works. He will support you throughout your deployment and longer if you need it.
